Mandala Maker
Mandala maker: rings of petals, dots and arches repeated round the center. Roll new designs, fill them with color or save line art to color in. PNG, GIF or MP4.

What is a mandala?
In Hindu and Buddhist practice a mandala is a symbolic diagram of the cosmos, often a square with four gates round a circle and a center point, used in ritual and meditation. In everyday use the word has come to mean any design of rings and shapes repeated round a center, the kind people draw, paint or color in.
This maker draws the second kind. It splits the circle into equal wedges and mirrors each one, so the design repeats round the center and is the same on both sides of every spoke.
How to make a mandala online
Repeats sets how many times the design goes round, from 3 to 24, and Rings how many bands it has from the center out. Each ring gets one shape, picked by the Seed: pointed petals, round dots, pairs of dots, arches, diamonds or petals with a smaller petal inside. Roll the seed for a new design with the same settings.
Size sets how far it reaches, Line the outline width, and the three fills color the rings in turn. Spin turns the rings, every other one the opposite way, for a moving mandala.
Can I print a mandala to color in?
Yes. Tick Line art for outlines only on the background color; the Colouring page preset gives black lines on white. Save it as a PNG up to 2048 px and print it, or open it in a drawing app and fill the shapes there.
A filled design saves as PNG, JPG or WebP, and a spinning one as MP4, WebM or GIF at 720p for up to 30 seconds. Every design is drawn in your browser from its settings, so nothing is uploaded and a seed always gives the same mandala.
