Terms of Service
Last updated 14 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and World Wyss Web, Beinwil, Switzerland ("we", "us"), which runs ClickForArt at clickforart.com. Using the site or buying a plan means you accept them.
What ClickForArt is
ClickForArt is a set of image and video tools that run in your browser. Your files are processed on your own device and are never uploaded, unless you save a project to your account. The privacy policy has the details.
The tool pages are free and need no account. Each works within the limits shown on its page. The studio, with every effect on one canvas, layers and a timeline, needs an account and a paid plan.
Your account
You create an account with your email address. Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Plans and payment
There are three plans, Starter, Pro and Studio, each paid monthly or yearly. The plans screen lists their prices in US dollars and what each one includes. Checkout shows the amount you pay before you pay it. Stripe handles the payment, so your card details never reach us. A plan starts as soon as the payment goes through. There is no free trial.
Renewal
A plan renews at the end of each month or year, and Stripe charges the payment method on file, until you cancel. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days and the studio stays open meanwhile. If it keeps failing, the plan ends.
If we raise the price of your plan or reduce what it includes, we will email you at least 30 days before the renewal it applies to. You can cancel before then.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Open Account, then Billing and invoices, and cancel in Stripe's billing portal. Your plan stays open until the end of the month or year you have paid for, and you are not charged again. Apart from the refund policy, we do not refund the rest of a period you have paid for.
Exports and stored projects
Each plan comes with a number of exports per calendar month, listed on the plans screen. The count starts again on the 1st, and unused exports do not carry over. An export counts once its file is written, so one that fails or that you stop costs nothing.
Each plan also lets you keep projects on our servers, up to the number and storage size listed on the plans screen. When a plan ends, you can still open and delete the projects you stored, but you cannot save new ones. Keep your own copy of anything important by saving it as a project file to your own disk.
What you may do with what you make
Your work is yours. We claim no rights in the media you bring in or the files you export. The plan you are on decides how you may use what you export from the studio.
Starter comes with a personal licence. You may use your exports for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as your own social media posts, gifts, wallpapers, school work or a portfolio of your own art. It does not cover paid or client work, advertising, promoting a business, monetised channels, or anything you sell, such as prints, merchandise or stock media.
Pro and Studio come with a commercial licence. You may use your exports for any lawful purpose, including client work, advertising, products and monetised videos.
A file keeps the licence of the plan you had when you exported it. A file exported on Pro stays licensed for commercial use after you cancel or move to Starter. Neither licence lets you resell or offer ClickForArt itself, or its effects and presets, as a product or service of your own.
You need the rights to whatever you bring in. ClickForArt gives you no rights to other people's photos, video, music or fonts.
Fair use of the service
Do not use ClickForArt to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights. Do not try to get around the plans' limits, the watermark on the free tools or the export count, to overload or attack the service, or to get into other people's accounts. We may suspend or close an account that does.
Availability
ClickForArt runs in your browser, so what it can do depends on your browser and device. We work to keep the site up and to fix problems, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change features over time.
Liability
We provide ClickForArt as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using ClickForArt at any time. To have your account deleted, write to [email protected] from the email address it uses. We may end the agreement if you seriously break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change affects paying customers, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then if you do not agree. The date at the top shows the last change.
Law and courts
Swiss law applies, without the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts at our place of business in Switzerland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may also take a claim to the courts there.
